How long does it take to receive my handwritten letter?
Each handwritten letter is created slowly and intentionally. Please allow 10–15 business days for me to write and prepare your letter, plus additional mailing time depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes 🌍 — handwritten letters can be mailed worldwide. Please note that international delivery times will vary depending on your country’s postal service.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — you’ll receive tracking information once your letter has been mailed so you can follow its journey to you.
Can I request rush delivery?
Currently, I don’t offer rush delivery for handwritten letters. The timing is part of the process — each letter is meant to be prepared with care, not rushed.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact me as soon as possible. Once your letter has shipped, I’m unable to reroute it.
