Held at Hacienda del Sol from 8–9am, these sessions offer a serene space to soften into supported postures while being bathed in healing sound.

No sweat required — just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch. Yoga mats and props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
